Dang, I am one busy bee at work today! heart

And I feel like a freaking fish out of water ... I'm so thirsty, WTF???

I am coming back from a weekend of making bad choices on eating ... happens when you host a kid's party.  Again, the great thing is the sleeve makes it easier to get back on track ... isn't that right, Ms. Shell??? kiss

B: Starbucks Venti Skinny Peppermint Mocha

S: none

L: Pineapple/Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

S: 2 Tomato Basil String Cheese, Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF vanilla syrup, nonfat milk

D: Plain Greek Yogurt w/Walden Farms FF/SF/CF Chocolate  

Water: 7 cups already

Vits: only need mutli

Exercise: 30 Day Shred tonight?  Wishful thinking but I hope to make it happen because I am getting antsy to get moving again!!!

Hi there!

I am not at my final goal weight and I got off plan this past weekend.  I am trying to limit my calories this week by cutting back a little.  I just logged all my food on MFP and I'm at 754 calories for the day which is doable for me.  I do need to add my 2nd snack of 2 tomato basil string cheese instead of 1 & I also drank an unsweetened iced coffee with nonfat milk. 

If I get the chance to workout tonight, I will add a 140 calorie protein shake of my nectar cappuccino latte w/almond milk.  :)

S: either more casserole or more chicken

 

water: 16 cups already, I'm so freaking hungry today so I'm drink drink drinking!! (damn you steroids)

vitamins: on track

exercise: docs want my platelets at least at 30k before I'm back in the gym, and I can't even get them to stabilize above 10k so... :(
