Well it's the beginning of the week...and I'm home with the bird flu (not really but apparently I have some cooties right now) and I feel blech.  Regardless I feel so great to be HOME in my BED with my Nyquil and back to logging =)  

B:  Coffee
S:  Pork Chop; Spinach
L:  Chicken Cauliflower Casserole; Cucumbers in Vinegar
S:  ??
D:  4oz Chicken Breast; Salad

Water:  Goal 9-12 Cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  N/A

E: Finally all healed from the hip problems and I will be walking on the treadmill for 60 mins and probably arms and abs tonight too.

Excercise - I did that yesterday (and showed 2 extra pounds this morning - I think I shouldn't exercise anymore. Yup, It causes weight gain. I'm done.... and what is with you people and your daily stuff? ;) Kidding, likely will take the day off. Hoping to get motivated to go to gym this week.

Make sure you log that Nyquil - it can kill your carb limit for the day :)  Hope you feel better soon!!!

 

pre-bk: diet hot chocolate, sugar free jello

B: scrambled egg whites, veggies, and a little cheese

S: tomato basil string cheese, chike protein shake

L: my plan is to have rotisserie chicken and green beans 

S: banana strawberry protein shake, greek yogurt and SF preserves

D: more rotisserie chicken and veggies

 

Ive already had 60 oz of fluids today, and took a .4 mile sloooow walk. Im hoping to take 2 more walks today.

S-greek yogurt w/ SF jam

L-tuna egg salad

S-1/2 isopure zero w/ CL

D-not sure yet, likely some shredded up slow cooked pork and a bite or two of acorn squash

W-working on it

V-morning done

E-20 min walking this morning, hoping to get another walk or some squats in this afternoon/eve. Really hoping my doc clears me for something besides walking at my Wed. appt!

First day back at work! This place was my downfall preop since i would always leave work to hit up the drive-thru.

 

B: Protein shake - unjury chocolate splendor.

S: mozz string cheese

L: 3 slices of ham and 1/4 of a clementine.

Vitamins - forgot them at home but have the alarm to remind me that by 8pm

Exercise - gym after work - i am thinking just the bike today
