Well it's the beginning of the week...and I'm home with the bird flu (not really but apparently I have some cooties right now) and I feel blech. Regardless I feel so great to be HOME in my BED with my Nyquil and back to logging =)

Excercise - I did that yesterday (and showed 2 extra pounds this morning - I think I shouldn't exercise anymore. Yup, It causes weight gain. I'm done.... and what is with you people and your daily stuff? ;) Kidding, likely will take the day off. Hoping to get motivated to go to gym this week.
