Liquids: Eh. Not terrible, but a little behind. 

Vits: Will take soon. 

Exercise: Not today. I've been awful about exercise lately. Hopefully will get to the pool this week.

I had good intentions today but then I got stressed out...oooops

B: protein oatmeal, diet hot chcolate   and SF peppermint syrup

S: orange, a litte bit of peanut butter

L: chike protein shake

D: subway sandwich, cookies  (my oooppps for the day)

S: couple ounces of chicken breast

I went for a couple little walks today, only drank about 60 oz of water which is low for me. I guess there is always tomorrow :)

B: 1/2 egg scrambled with milk and 1/2 laughing cow garlic and herb cheese
S: 7oz amaretto protein hot chocolate (so good!)
L: nothing....tummy upset
S: nothing...liquid
D: 1/4 cup refried beans and 1/4 pureed Mexican pollo con crema (chicken with sour cream and peppers). Yum!
S: couldn't sleep....had about 1/4 more refried beans and a sprinkle of LF cheddar cheese

W: not very good about 2 cups
V: 3/4 in
E: walked around Target for and half and a half all while pushing a little one with a huge cart.

not the best of days for me but I will get the hang of this soon enough

 

HW: 235, SW: 227, CW: 152.0, 83 lbs lost since 10/22/12 --Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breathe more, talk less, say more, hate less, love more, and good things will be yours.
