Whatcha eating today VSGers...Saturday!!!

I just landed in India and pulled into the hotel about 30 minutes ago - 3:30am here on Sunday... Of course I'm not tired at all.
Saturday was all airline stuff... blechhh. I substituted Quest bars and almonds for most of it. 24 hours of flying or running through airports, always leaves me feeling super bloated for some reason (and the scale agrees - gained 2 pounds from sitting on an airliner).

Very human! But I will say that it wasn't as good as I thought it would be, and I probably won't do that again for a while. I really DO like the Quest Protein Peanut butter cups, and they have 20g protein and no sugar for 2 of them - I feel much better about having something like that.

Breakfast: Coffee, running out door, late for violin practice
Brunch: egg, bacon, cheese
Lunch: A really big chocolate chip cookie (okay, not my finer moment today, PMS and I REALLY wanted it)
Dinner: I have no idea, but I've planned a glass of wine at a friend's party that will have cheese and meat trays so probably that.
Water and vitamins are good. Tomorrow is a 3 mile walk around the lake, so I WILL exercise.

B: small mocha iced coffee
L: spicy protein "pasta" by Wonderslim (120 cals, 12 protein. Was yummy, but I couldn't finish)
D: Probably a Click mocha coffee
S: Gotta add some more protein in
Liquids: Working on it.
Vitamins: Done.
Exercise: No.
Hi Ms. Shell! Since I am on pureeds I have been trying new things. Whether or not my tummy can handle it is the big Q. Sigh!
B: I egg, scrambled with a little protein enhanced milk (Only could eat half. it was my first egg since VSG...felt sick after)
S: 6oz decaf coffee with 4 oz skim milk, sf vanilla flavor and 2 splenda (felt ok)
L: I small can (3oz?) of pureed chicken breast with some creamed corn as a "gravy" (felt a lot of pain afterward...ugh)
S: 8oz Metabolic Nutrition ProtiZyme Peanut Butter Protein Shake made with protein enhanced milk (still can't finish these, rest in fridge for later)
D: Tummy isn't feeling so hot today, lots of discomfort - just fluids for the rest of the evening (will add Special K Protein water mix to help with protein)
V: 3/4 in....will take the rest before bed
E: Walked two times today, the first a total of 12 minutes and the second a total of 20 minutes (Wish I could do more!)
W: Been bad today since my stomach has been weird. I am going to take an anti nausea pill and try to get some in before bed
Hopefully tomorrow will be better
