Guess whose back?  Ok I know it's a hard question so I'll wait.  Da da da da da da dom...la la la la la da da da da!!!  Ok over MEEEEEEE that's who!!

I had an AMAZING time in Thailand.  While I was gone I celebrated my 5 YEAR surgiversary!!  Yup I'm an oldie around these parts.  Also unlike my cohorts I do GAIN when I go on vacation.  The best thing by far with my sleeve it is SOOO "easy" to get back on track.  So I'm back and on track!!!

B:  So far 1 cup of coffee...think I'll go add a scoop of protein powder =)
S:  Egg Salad (think I'll go boil some eggs)
L:  Chicken Curry (think I'll go chop up the chicken)
S:  I dunno
D:  Chicken Cauliflower Casserole

Water:  Goal will be 12 cups
Vitamins:  At least 2 doses
Exercise:  Haven't decided
