I had an AMAZING time in Thailand. While I was gone I celebrated my 5 YEAR surgiversary!! Yup I'm an oldie around these parts. Also unlike my cohorts I do GAIN when I go on vacation. The best thing by far with my sleeve it is SOOO "easy" to get back on track. So I'm back and on track!!!
B: So far 1 cup of coffee...think I'll go add a scoop of protein powder =)
