Hey Linda B...reveal in the fact that you are SMART enough to realize the easy way out ain't so bad...after walking 4 hours I enjoy the drive in my car...easy for me ALL the way, lol!!

We've exchanged only a couple of post/replies before (how we dealt with grief over losing a parent), but I can see why everyone admires you so much.  I sure do!  Pretty much, if you're writin' it, I'm readin' it!

Congratulations on five years......you'd accomplished so much.  What an inspiration!

Sounds like your Thailand trip was wonderful.  Will we be seeing pix?  Hope so!

Good job Ms. Shell! While I don't like to admit that weight loss surgery is theeasy way, I gotta admit that it's much easier to lose it and keep it off than it was before surgery. I just couldn't lose enough nor keep it off for long. The VSG is a great tool. Sure, we need to do the right things in regards to food and following the rules. But when we follow the rules--the VSG is so great. You are a wise vet who knows what it's all about and we appreciate you bunches around here!
