I get them on my belly ever since my last c section. For me it is a chronic staph infection. I wash 3x / week with an antimicrobial scrub to keep my viral load low. Yea... it sucks.

I use Dial antimicrobial soap for washing. Used to get a lot of blackheads, now I don't.
