Thanksgiving Meal?
Fortunately, I'm the one cooking. There will be three out of 5 of us at dinner who have had WLS, two with VSG, one with RNY. So, dinner will be small. I am making a no nitrate ham from Trader Joe's, a sugar free pumpkin dessert (many on blogs to choose from), and brandied cranberries. My RNY friend is bringing sweet potatoes cooked in SF Torrani brown sugar cinnamon syrup. That will be plenty. I am fortunate that Thanksgiving will be a lot easier this year, I won't have to cook much. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Turkey, some veggies. Hubby's aunt makes an amazing buttermilk pie that I'll likely have a few bites of. Other than that, Thanksgiving is pretty easy.

I went to an early Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and had a an ounce or two of dark meat, a brussel sprout, a few bites of mashed potatoes and gravy, and a bite of cranberry sauce. No dessert, as I was too full anyways. I didn't serve myself much, and didn't finish what I served. It was very nice, just the same.
