When can I drive

Had a VGS on the 9.11.12. When is it ok to drive getting so bored at home 

My surgeon said one week and I had to be off narcotics. I drove at one week exactly since I was off all pain meds except tylenol

 drove a week and half after surgery. When I went back to work.

I was able to drive within a few days....just had to be off pain meds.  As a matter of fact, I drove myself right back to the hospital when I got sick a week after surgery.

I drove the following day.  I was just told not to drive on pain meds or less than 24 hours after surgery. 

i was told as soon as i felt up to it and was off pain meds for at least 3 days...

Was allowed to drive after 1 week. 

I drove about 5 days after surgery.  As long as you are off pain meds you should be ok...

I got the go ahead at my 2 week follow-up
