5 month Surgeversary and 80 lbs lost (with pics)
Well, I dont do alot of exercise, but I have an active job. I do 30-60 minutes a day on treadmill. I eat about 700 calories a day with @least 60 grams of protein and drink about 64 ounces of water a day. Thats what works for me I do track all my foods on my fitness pal and weight/measure everything I can. I also bring my lunch and snacks to work so there is no option to eat extra.stuff I dont know if that helps!
