Need some advice BAD here!!!!

Thank you! Been waiting all day for 'the call' but it hasn't come yet - I honestly thought the Docs set the dates - the insurances just approved the procedure...shows what I know! Not a lot!!!

Didn't they give you a fixed date?

The docs office has 3 different times. Last time was for next Wednesday the 14th - but my insurance said it's been approved But for the 28th!

Got THE CALL just a minute ago - another person at my insurance says it has NOT been approved yet, doesn't know who called me ( HER name was Andrea - I've learned to write, down names dates, times and take notes!) had no right to tell me that and that it was WRONG info...

SO now I have to wait till Tuesday, the 13th, to get the "go-ahead" from the insurance again, then my surgery will be scheduled for the 21st! IF all goes as planned...PLUS I looked up flights - since that's Thanksgiving week they are double the  paid for the canceled surgery on the 8th!!! So I will have to come up with more money....joy, joy, joy!!!
