Need some advice BAD here!!!!

I didn't join this site til Oct. but been researching for 5 years, seriously for 2, scheduled & rescheduled, turned down flat, etc.....since January.  Found out about medicare paying in July. Found BeLiteWeight.com the end of July. So it's been an exciting 11 months!!!

I keep reading and hearing about seminars but there are not any close to me. I'd have to drive out of town - down I-85 or up I-85 to get to them at night. I am not allowed to drive over 10 miles in daylight only. No family knows about this but my son and his wife - they have 4 children and work 3 jobs each...so no help there.  My neighbors don't agree with me. My best friend doesn't agree. So I'm trying to find out all I can online. Which I don't think is nearly as much as I need! I wish they had online seminars! Can't find though.

I know first hand how it is to be low income and fall between the cracks for everything!  If I go try for some help I get yelled at, spit at, books taken away, you name it all because I refuse to LOOK and ACT like I'm dirt poor!! I never have and I never plan too!! I sit with kids on iPhones, iPods, iPads, dressed to the hilt, but I get picked on...who knows. I don't have that stuff. Or the fancy clothes and shoes! Sorry, I got on my soap box!

Well, I have made up my mind I will not QUIT! I will WAIT! I will be VICTORIOUS!!!

The waiting and delays are hell, aren't they? But you are approved, and this train is leaving the station. You need to be on it! :-)

First of all I am SO sorry you have been treated badly by people! That really ****** me off! I really worry about humanity.

Enough ranting. You are a brave lady and you seem so sweet. You don't deserve all the problems at all but at least you got your insurance approval and now you need to express to the surgeon how extremely important it is to get your surgery done as soon as possible! I am confused why they have to call the insurance company to tell them that your surgery date is changed? If you are approved--I just don't get that. Weird as I don't see how a couple of weeks or a week would make any difference to them. You deserve some happiness! And I am SO sorry your friends are in disagreement and neighbors. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! WE UNDERSTAND! :-) I hope you report some good news soon with a concrete date and concrete approval. When you get surgery I'll be waiting with bated breath to hear back from you. I've been following your story for a while now and I am really hoping with all my might it works out for you!

Thank you so much. I plan to take my computer with me to the hospital. And I just installed Skype so I can keep in touch with my best friends in NC while I'm there. So If you have that, invite me or whatever it is you do (I'm learning) at ann.mcintyre75 and we can keep up too that way. My grandkids love it!!!

Its the best thing I ever did for myself. Don't give up there will always be obsticles just work through them. I had to go through a year program for insurance approval then changed doctors 10 days before surgery. I wondered many times if it was worth it but it is. Best of luck on getting the surgery and a speedy recovery!
