Supper that my daughter made...Quinoa pilaf with veggies!...6 grams of protein.

Raisins, cinnamon, shallots, salt, pepper.. she didn't add the cilantro or pistachios that I love!!..LOL

Looks good! I don't handle meat too well but will try pretty much anything vegetarian. (but skip the cilantro on my serving. lol)
