Happy Friday............was supposed to be sunny today and warm up -- someone lied to me! Maybe tomorrow???
B: Premier Protein Shake -- Chocolate
L: Taco salad -- meat, Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, tomatoes, dab of sour cream
D: Campbell's chicken noodle soup
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: 90 minutes of cardio, weight machines, free weights and some walking -- and grocery shopping! I need a NAP :-D
S: laughing cow lite wedge
L: 2.5 oz chilli con carne with a pinch of grated cheese and a tspn sour cream
S: unjury chicken soup, 1 oz roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
D: white beans and calf leg soup with garlic, paprica, turmeric....could only have abt 5 tbspns but sooooooo gooooood.....

I love this!! do you guys do this this post everyday?? I had my surgery on Monday so I am still on clear liquids!! So basically been sipping on Powerade Zero all day and about to have some chicken soup broth for "dinner". Oh I did have half of an optifast 800 chocolate protein shake today for lunch even though I wasn't supposed to yet. I was hungry for protein! :(
Thank you for posting this on the message board today. I want to get ideas for when I can actually eat real food.
Not on vitamins yet until I see my surgeon next Thursday.
