L: iceberg lettuce with cubed turkey, ham, cheese, 5 low carb crackers

D: 3 turkey meatballs, sauce, Brussel sprouts

Ummm, LOL, liquids, liquids, liquids (still on liquid diet after surgery).  But those days sound great!

Exercise: I hate answering this particular question every day. Maybe a walk-at-home dvd if my homework doesn't take too long after work and the kids cooperate.
