B:  Mint cookie shake w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup water, and 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder

L:  3 oz 93% lean ground meat w/taco seasoning, 1/3 cup lettuce, 4 grape tomatoes, 1/4 Mexican cheese blend, 2 T of

     light sour cream

D:  Probably tuna salad...3 oz tuna w/ 2 T fat free mayo and 1 T of dill relish

Fluids:  4 cups........need to get moving on this

Vits"  half done

Exercise:  short walk and cleaning house with vigor!!!

D: crockpot shredded buffalo chicken

Vits: almost done, need one more calcium

Exercise: just signed up for my work gym, plan to start walking or ellipiticalling soon!
