1/8 c butternut squash soup with 2 oz Greek yogurt

Sn: Syntrax vanilla latte
S: 1/2 c turkey chili
Sn: 1/2 apple

Vitamins - with supper
Exercise - shovelled front walks

Exercise- walked dog around block twice, then daughter lost ipod so walked around block again! (she found it)cool
