D:  Grilled Turkey Patty and some sort of vegie

L:  3 oz turkey meatloaf with 1/3 c mashed potatoes

D:  2 salmon patties with brussel sprouts

Water:  24 oz so far

Vitamins:  will take with dinner

Exercise:  walking- not cleared yet for other exercise

OMG, I have never been to Thailand but Thai is one of my favorite foods!! 

Dang it all to heck & back... I wanna go!  I need an escape!!!

Go! It's awesome, as are the neighboring countries - Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia (go see Ankor Wat!) and Vietnam.

I've enjoyed the river cruises in Bangkok, and also the floating market - need to get out early for that but some great photo opps.  The reclining Buddha, Royal palace, etc. are all near each other and make for an easy day in Bangkok.
