L: 5 bites of a caesar salad, 1/2 small Wendy's chili, 2 saltines
S: Fage w/ SF raspberry Torani
D: Starkist Tuna Creations in the Sweet & Spicy flavor with a few steamed baby carrots

Liquids: About halfway.
Vits: Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Tonight's my Jazzercise class
L: sea bass, a couple of bites of very mushy zucchini
S: piece of cheese, slice and a half of dried beef (its not really dry..quite moist but its called dried beef)
D: 1.2 oz calf liver grilled with half an onion, 1 oz roasted chicken thigh, 2 cauliflour florets, bite of a pickle, tiny bit of cheese melted on the cauliflour
Water good I think...working on the last cup of tea

B: Chocolate Peanut Butter shake w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and 3/4 cup water

L: Tuna Salad........3.1 oz tuna w/fat free mayo and dill relish
S: only if I need it........probably 1/3 cup cottage cheese w/mustard and Walden Farms ketchup
D: Soup or ham and cheese......depends on my mood!

Exercise: nothing official -- cleaning, cooking, general life chores..........SIGH..........I need a more exciting life!
Breakfast: chobani 0% strawberry yogurt
lunch: dean & deluca pumpkin soup (3oz) and half cup eggface's cheesy cauliflower casserole (feeling hungry today :()
dinner: going to a shiva after work so I will see what food is there, if nothing good, I will pick up eggplant rollatini and eat half of one.
vits: done but working on calcium
