Polly-O makes string cheese in a few flavors BBQ, Pizza, Cracked Pepper and Jalapeno. To be honest, I don't love any of them (like them well enough tho!) but I was so sick of the plain or cheddar ones that I like to mix it up w/ them.

they sound great--even if it's because they're so different! unfortunately, I don't think we have that brand in New Mexico :( but I will keep an eye out! Thanks!

I love chike. It's almost too bad it has caffeine in it so I can't have it for dinner too!!

I bought the green thai sauce and ate it for dinner last night. OMG delish!

I have it for breakfast and lunch today. Time to go back to TJ's.

Ive been sitting at my desk all morning trying to rationalize with myself how I could justify throwing in another Chike shake this afternoon before my caffeine cut off -   I mean, I AM supposed to be getting more protein for surgery...right??

L: Turkey chili! (w. bean which is NOT on my plan, but it's what was there today :-\ ) & string cheese

S: Cottage cheese

D: probably chicken

 

*not getting vitamins/water/ or enough protein lately. Totally failing 6 weeks out :-(* but i'll get back on track ;-)

I'M BAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!

Took a mental break from OH and MyFitnessPal for a couple of weeks. But I'm back and ready to get on it!

 

B: hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage

S: low fat cottage cheese mixed with salsa

L: deli turkey, deli colby jack cheese, and oikos black cherry greek yogurt

S: apple

D: grilled pork chops

 

exercise: did a circuit training session this morning and hitting the bags tonight!
