B: hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage

S: low fat cottage cheese

L: colby jack cheese and deli turkey

S: apple

Pre dinner snack because I wont be getting home until really late: special K protein meal bar

D: cheddar bratwurst  ((late dinner))

Happy Wednesday!

B:  Premier Protein Shake -- chocolate

S:  Tomato basil cheese stick

L:  Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup, 2 light string cheese sticks

D: Not sure -- feeling a little crappy tonight, so maybe skip dinner?

Fluids:  6 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  45 minutes at fitness center -- about half a workout -- so tired and achy today.

Never tried liver. Hmm...not so sure about that one.

S: Tall skinny peppermint mocha (Starbucks)

D: Fage w/ SF chocolate Torani

S: French onion soup

Liquids: Still plugging away at it.

Vits: Nice reminder, will take when I get home.

Exercise: Er...does walking around Sam's Club count?

L: dean and deluca pumpkin soup 4oz

S: 2oz refried beans with shredded WW mexican blend and taco sauce

D: half of one eggplant rollatini

S: SF ice pop
