Seems every day is hungry day for me....there must be some wierd phenomenon @ 5-6 month out. Trying to incorporate lots of veggies to combat hunger. I love liver too especially liverwurst, yum.
B-Coffee W/coconut milk creamer, strawberry mousse protein shake
S-2.5 oz smoked chicken breast W/TJ's green curry
L-spaghetti squash w/ spaghetti meat sauce
S-Artichoke hearts and roasted edemame (wasabi flavor yum)
D-Teriyaki chicken and salad
V-still slacking
W-on it
X-day off- but I will walk the dog
Hungry days don't seem to be my problem...hungry EVENINGS are killer.
B: 12oz coffee with half n half, 1 scoop Unjury Vanilla protein
L: 2oz Bourbon glazed salmon, a few Asian veggies
S: 1.5oz Boars Head ham, 0.3oz Havarti jalapeno cheese
D: Planning on making chili..
S: SF popsicle...hopefully that's ALL

L: 2oz re fried beans, 1 oz pureed tuna with plain yogurt
