It's a HUNGRY day so I have more then enough protein and then some.  I started with just 1oz of liverwurst, but hey I could think of WORSE things to eat (and all you liver haters probably think I always got to worse lol)

 

B:  Protein Shake 
S:  Coffee; 2 Fiber Gummies
S:  4oz Liverwurst w/bacon
L:  1 Cup Elina's Soup; 3oz Spinach Salad
S:  Protein Shake
​S:  Popeyes Thigh
D:  I dunno

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exericse:  N/A can't sweat out my hair, lol

B: Protein Fiber Delight (Greek Yogurt, Honey, Fiber One Cereal, Blueberries, Oat Bran)

S: 1/2 Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Latte (had to toss it as it was chunky)

L: Quick Spicy Turkey Chili (recipe posted here a while back, can also find it here on my blog: http://www.mybigfatfoodie.com/fast-easy-turkey-chili/

S: A Couple of Almonds

D: Steak and Cabbage

S: Probably None

Vits: Yep

Water: Not enough Yet

So far, nothing.  I am going to have make myself eat something today.  I might just need to make a protein shake.

S: Pizza string cheese

OMG I LOVE it too!!!  I just could NOT stop after 2 oz...but again it's all good because I brought it to work because I'm having an acid aka hunger day!!

Yeah, I think you've talked me into one day this week being a Luby's day - local cafeteria that does a wicked good liver and onions.  Nice, thin sliced liver, well cooked and dripping in onions.  Oh my!  I can feel the heartburn starting!

L: chike protein shake (and work meeting booo)

S: SF jello, celery, apple slices (i have lots of options)

D: chicken, onion, mushroom and thai curry sauce
