It's a HUNGRY day so I have more then enough protein and then some. I started with just 1oz of liverwurst, but hey I could think of WORSE things to eat (and all you liver haters probably think I always got to worse lol)

L: 1 Cup Elina's Soup; 3oz Spinach Salad

S: Popeyes Thigh

Water: Goal 16 cups

Exericse: N/A can't sweat out my hair, lol

B: Protein Fiber Delight (Greek Yogurt, Honey, Fiber One Cereal, Blueberries, Oat Bran)
S: 1/2 Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Latte (had to toss it as it was chunky)

S: A Couple of Almonds
D: Steak and Cabbage
