B- 2/3 cup 0% Fage greek yogurt and 1 oz of canadian bacon, coffee
L - 2/3 cup 2% cottage cheese, water.
Water in between.
D-early, since I will be somewhere tonight. I'm walking to the nearby texmex restaurant with my DIL and granddaughter (need that exercise) and will either get a grilled chicken salad or a tortilla soup w/o tortillas. I ate light to give myself more wiggle room for dinner.
