Ms Shell, My best friend is from Thailand and visits there every year. She keeps wanting my wife and I to go there with her. One of these days I will have to take her up on the offer. It looks like an awesome place to visit! :)

E: Doing 2-A-Days. 45 Minutes at the gym this morning and 60 minutes tonight with my trainer.
W: I'll get in 100oz+ by end of day

Gloomy, gray Autumn day -- 'tis okay, though........peaceful, perfect day to curl up with a good book and read!
B: Premier Protein Shake -- vanilla
S: Light String Cheese Stick
L: 3 oz. of very lightly breaded chicken, 2 teaspoons of duck sauce
S: only if I need it -- probably a cheese stick
D: 3 oz Shrimp Scampi, 1/2 cup mixed veggies
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: 30 minutes on recumbent bike (5.25 miles) and 45 minutes weight machines and free weights
B: 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage and 1 ww cheese stick (same ole same ole)
L: Lettuce wrapped Chicken Taco
D: Hubby is grilling a Boston Butt as I type! A few ounces that and a few steamed green beans

Vits: yup
Excerise: Hubby and I "ralked" (walking and running combo..lol) 5 miles this morning!
L: teeny tin tuna, 6 wheat thins
Sn: Syntrax chocolate shake with milk & PB2
S: chicken soup
Sn: yogurt with All Bran
Water: working on it
Vitamins: at supper

D: VSG friendly Filipino Adobo (ok, making it VSG friendly sort of means it's not really Adobo, but it's still got the basic components i.e. garlic, vinegar, soy, etc.) probably over cauliflower "rice"

exercise: none today
side note: it's been a week of the ever increased dose of steroids, and I have actually gained 1.2 lbs. I'm starting to wonder if at a certain dose it just becomes impossible to lose weight :'(
