10 more days until I will be on my way to Thailand. I wanted to be at a different place weight wise, but in looking back over what I have accomplished this year. I am right where I need to be mentally!!!

L: 1 Cup Elina's Soup; 2oz Spinach Salad
S: 2 Fiber Gummies; Protein Shake
D: Curry Shrimp
Water: Goal 12+ cups
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: 30 minutes

Im trying to recover from a weekend of not so great choices and get my acid under control so I'm drinking a lot of shakes this week (aka also too lazy and tired to cook)
B: chike iced protein coffee, coffee
S: small 1/2 scopp Double stuff cookie shake
L: chike iced coffee protein shake, green beans/almonds
S: SF Jello, possible coffee
D: some kind of chocolate protein shake :)
E: maybe, maybe not. I'm pretty tired.

exercise: should be my night off, but I had such a craptastic aerobics session yesterday, that I might just pop in and see if I can do better tonight.
B- 3oz's of greek yogurt
S- Coffee with proti diet hot chocolate protein mix
L- Chef salad 2oz's of turkey and cheese combined and some salad with no dressing
D- Maybe a protein shake I'm not that hungry today
Water- Trying to keep up with it
Vits- On track switched to the pill form of calcium and I'm hating it but I'll deal with it lol
Exercise- Finally got the 30 day shred so I'm gonna see if I can handle it wish me luck
Haven't been doing great because I've been helping in law's with Sandy cleanup (they were hit hard in Coney Island, Brooklyn). A lot of peanut butter cups were my savior.
Breakfast: fage 0% greek yogurt with goji and strawberry
Lunch: Shelly's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole, pureed of course
Dinner: not sure yet, either ricotta bake, an egg, refried beans or more cauliflower casserole. Getting bored of mushies!!
Snack: sugar free ice pop
