B: premier protein chocolate shake
L: 3oz baked salmon
S: 1/3 cup ricotta cheese, later on 1.5oz peanut butter
D: not sure but I know it will include some homemade veggie soup w broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, veg bouillon and maybe some more salmon for a snack later on.

B: Peppermint mocha non-fat latte

L: 4 oz. white wine, caprese salad (Consumed 1/2 hour apart, I brought my honey to a sweet little Italian bistro for lunch )

D: Caprese salad leftovers

S: Premier protein shake

Liquids: Working on it.

Vits: Done.

Exercise: None. Appointments all morning, lunch date, trick-or-treating with the kids in the evening and then working tonight.
