I'm back again lol!!!  So today is the FIRST day of the rest of my LIFE...will explain in detail later.

B:  Green/Protein Shake (1 scoop Chocolate Protein; 1/2 cup Almond Milk; 3oz Spinach; 2oz Banana; Flax Meal)
S:  Coffee (Coffee; 2 tbsp Half &Half; SF Caramel Syrup)
L:  4oz Shredded Buffalo Chicken
S:  Protein Slushy (1 scoop Roadside Lemonade; 1 packet Special K Lemonade; freeze)
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh (the fat girl in me ordered an additional 2 piece but couldn't eat it so YEAH today)

Water:  Goal 16 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  30-45 minutes on the Treadmill

B: Strawberry Chocolate PB2 protein shake blended with 8oz. unsweetened almond milk

(I am still trying to detox & get rid of these few pounds I gained recently... see, it's all about staying focused or in my case, getting re-focused & back on track which is something I never did preVSG)

S: Starbucks Iced Coffee (I am going walking on my break to CVS & wanna stop here along the way)

L: Roasted turkey, 45 calorie cheddar slice, tomato slices (keeping it basic & skipping the Halloween potluck at work ... I not even tempted by halloween candy today... my jeans are too tight so that is enough motivation for me right there ... I do have water retention though, bleh!!!  I love being female (yeah right!)

S: Turkey Pepperoni crisps, 1 slice of 40 calorie swiss cheese

D: hum... I need to figure that out...

 

Water: 4 cups so far

Vits: on track

Exercise: walking all over the place today!!!

S: protein pudding (who needs chocolate when you can eat this stuff!!!)

L: work lunch - salad/rotisserie chicken

S: egg white omlette, iced protein coffee

D: $2 chipotle when you dress up - need I say more??

Just wondering what's your recipe to protein pudding?

HW 302 lbs SW  279.8 lbs.  CW  193.8 lbs   MFP Jarabacoagirl  Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs,  3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

 (86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

Hi there Ms Shell,
So funny I haven't been on in so long decided to drop by and there you were so great to see your face.
Ok let's say this disclaimer first today is Halloween and I'm just getting the bad out of my system so here goes

Breakfast one hard boiled egg
Lunch small salad with grilled chicken
Ok so started out with good intentions
And then it was trick or treat
3 fun size almond joys
1 fun size kit Kat
1 fun size mm
Ok that's it out if my system back on track for a nutritious dinner not sure what
Everyday is a new day

B: chicken chili (homemade in crockpot) with low fat cheddar on top

L: lettuce taco leftovers from last night

D: roasted chicken breast and asparagus

S: hopefully none, but lately what I've been doing is saving about 1/3 of my dinner for a snack later in the evening to try and keep this steroid induced hunger manageable :)

 

water: 12 cups so far

exercise: new doc has me on exercise restriction, so none for now

vitamins: on track
