Whatcha eating today VSGers...Saturday!!!
I cant wait to do marathons! :) Im starting to workout this week. Going to get some long walks and hopefully sign up for the gym which has a pool and lots of free classes. Im 5 weeks post-op eating normal foods...etc...
B: Organic Brown Egg scramble, Slice Low-fat cheese, 3 slices thin ham, pepper, garlic... (ate 3/4 of it)
S: Sugar-free caffiene free vanilla coffee
L: String cheese & 4 small garic shrimps
S: Protein Drink
D: BBQ Chicken and Green beans
W: 1 cup so far :( lol
V: Taking now...
Exercise: Going to use free pass to gym to use bike/treadmill!

B: some Fruit2O flavored water ( I know, not really breakfast)
L: Chicken florentine soup (minus the potatoes), 4 or 5 bites of a garden salad
S: small peppermint mocha non-fat latte

Liquids: About half so far.
Vits: Will take what I have left right now, but I ran out of a couple yesterday and have to run to Wal-Mart tomorrow (yuck!).
Exercise: Nope, just a lot of shopping and running around.

Exercise: 80 minutes cardio and strength training at fitness center.......45 minutes leaf raking.......tonight I veg out!

L: 1/2 cup tuna w/ lite mayo and mustard
D: 1/2cup drained minestrone soup & 5 oyster crackers
F: 60oz
E: 36 minute walk
