Hi - I am eating baby foods and cottage cheese! Baby food is keeping me alive! ha ha. It tastes pretty good when it's all you're eating.

Also, can I ask how you get that weight loss diagram at the bottom of your posting? I have not been able to figure that out.

Thanks!

Are you having any problems eating the hummus or retried beans ? I have heard some people get very bad gas with their new sleeve so they wait until a few months out to eat any beans .

Happy loosing !

Mmmmmmm hummus!  Do you use a lot of lemon and garlic with tahini oil in your chick peas?

Yeah, to taste. And a splash of olive oil, salt, paprika.

Refried beans are delicious and easy to eat.  Also, I'm in love with Hormel's Chili Cook-Off White Chicken Chili...puree it and it tastes really good.  And anything by Amy's Kitchen is really good.  My favorite is the Organic Black Bean Chili.  For snacks, I'm really digging sugar free chocolate pudding.  I just came across sugar free caramel pudding and will be trying that, too.

That Black Bean Chili sounds GOOD!! You puree it in the blender right? Whole beans are a no-no yet right? So many questions. LOL.
