I'm guessing the toast was bad because of the carbs???  why was the cheese bad?

The toast was a trigger :(. Now i have carb-brain.....the cheese was just a calorie hog and I could have made a better choice, it was 109 cals and 9 gr of fat for the tiny bit i ate. Not justified.

Got a new roller contraption for my bike so I can keep training indoors while it's cold and nasty out.  Now I have to design a training regimen so I can ride some distance events in the spring.
