Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!
From Ms. Shell 3 - 5oz cans of Tuna packed in water drained 1/2 head of Cauliflower (300g) 4oz of Monterey Jack Cheese 7 Tbsp of Cream Cheese (I used the one in the tub because it was 40 calories per tablespoon) 3oz chopped fresh mushrooms 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water Chop cauliflower and steam. Place into bowl and use masher to break down leaving some bigger chunks if you like. Add in remaining ingredients and spread into a 8x8 casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven until it brown and all the cheese and stuff melts together. BASED on MY ingredients the WHOLE pan was 1047 calories, 94 protein, 26 carbs, 61 fat and 9 fiber. 3cups
The day has come, I'm on pureed/mushy foods!!!!
Breakfast: one scrambled egg with a little shredded cheddar cheese - went down fine!
Lunch: 1/2 cup homemade turkey chili - did not do as well, might be too soon!
Snack: Fage yogurt with cherry - I wanted to get more protein in and this was all our coffee store downstairs had!
Dinner: not sure yet, hubby wants to go out to eat so I need to research and find someplace with something MUSHY
Vitamins: need one more calcium chew to end the day
Water: working on it

S: mini babybel light, 1/2 slice toast with almond butter (bad idea)
L: 4 wafer thin chicken slices, little smoked cheese(another bad idea), rolled up, 1 T reduced sugar and salt baked beans

D: Protein shake most likely, feel ive over done it today.

Exercise: zumba and running around with my 4 year old
