Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha. 100 calories, 13 carbs, 10 grams of protein. I have a friend who works there and they don't have it advertised yet, but it's available in a lot of stores already. Will be everywhere for the holidays. I got a peppermint mocha latte from Dunkin Donuts the other day, 180 calories, 38 carbs and only 7 grams of protein. I guess it pays to shop around!

B: Mint cookie protein shake w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, res****er, plus 1/3 scoop unflavored protein powder to boost protein
L: Krakus ham (2.5 ox) and 1.5 ox Swiss cheese
D: Probably Tuna salad
S: Trying to avoid -- if needed, will be low fat cheese sticks
Fluids: 4 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: not much, sore throat today and feeling sluggish. Maybe some yard work later -- otherwise, just daily chores.
