OMG OMG OMG just 2 more days and I'll be off and walking!!!

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Choc Protein; Click Protein; Flam Meal)
S:  Coffee; String Cheese
L:  3.5oz Tuna; 2 Boiled Eggs; 1 Tbsp Mayo; 1 Laughing Cow Wedge Onion
S:  ??
D:  ??  Going out to eat with my honey!!  But my goal PROTEIN & VEGETABLE = ONLY!!!!!

Water:  Goal 12+ cups
Vitamins:  On Track
Exercise:  N/A

B: coffee, coffee, coffee, oh and some chicken sausage

S: salad with veggies and gazpacho

L: ground turkey/sloppy joe sauce

No idea about the rest of the day....i think im going to take the afternoon off of work..soo who knows where I'll end up or what I'll eat :-p

I am trying to get over the mindset of having breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.  I am focusing on 5-6 small meals a day.

1st:  Protein Shake 180c/31P

2nd:  2 oz sliced turkey breast/2 tbs garlic hummus/handful of sweet pea pods    210c/18P  Oh and stupid Halloween candy, Peppermint Patty 60c/0P

3rd:  Greek cherry yogurt 130c/12P & Tomato Basil Cheese stick 80c/6P

4th:  2 oz chicken breast with pizza sauce and 1/4 cup mozarella cheese 150c/17P, 8 black olives 50c/0P

5th:   1/4c lowfat cottage cheese 40c/6P & 1/4c granola 130c/3P

Total:  1030 calories & 93 grams Protein

Water: low, having fluid retention issues and trying to adjust meds, fun.

Vitamins:  all except calcium, which will be taken throughout afternoon

Exercise:  Cleaning house tonight, sore from hauling and raking leaves this week, so that is probably all I will do.

Oh, I'll choke it all down before the day is done, but I'm having a "I don't want to drink" phase.....usually followed by a "I can't drink enough" phase.  You know how that goes!

L: Small peppermint mocha non-fat latte (coffee for lunch? I know. But 10 grams of protein in that sucker)

S: eh?

D: it's between tuna and ham steak

 

Liquids: On my way.

Vits: Will take when I get home.

Exercise: None today. I only have 1 of my 3 children tonight and she's going to bed early and I'm yes.
