Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
Greetings! Looks like this is the last of the lovely warm Autumn weather for a while -- sun is clouded over and rain and cold front due in this afternoon. Oh well.................
B: Chocolate peanut butter protein shake w/ 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and 3/4 cup
water
L: Turkey sausage crumbles, 2 T taco sauce, 1/4 cup Mexican cheese blend shreds
D: Probably Pizza in a Cup or Tuna salad
S: Trying not to have them
Fluids: 6 cups so far
Vits: half done
Exercise: Vigorous gardening. Still so much to do and leaves to rake -- love the trees in the
summer for shade, but once the pretty leave**** the ground, they are a PITA !
B: Muscle Milk Light~ Vanilla
S: Eggs whites Boiled
L: 2-3 oz Chicken Stir fry with very teeenie bit on onion and pepper
S: string cheese- made w/. skim & cottage cheese
D:??? i have 225 cals, 8 carbs, 20 fat and however many protein i'd like over 3 :) more for the day!
water/vits/exercise= failing at all.. don't know why??
B- Greek Yog w/ Raspberries, Coffee w/ SF Creamer
L- Pork Chop grilled Onions
D- Beef Hotdog, Green Beans
S- Choc Peanut Butter Shake (I think I did pretty good today staying in my goals)
