Trying to beat Jen to it today!!!  REFRESH WOMAN!!  Ok NOW that I beat her....I'm still around going through some MAJOR head **** at 5 YEARS out...don't think it'll ever be GONE...anyway!!!


B:  Protein/Green Shake (Protein Powder; Almond Milk; Flax Meal; Spinach; Cinnamon)
S:  Coffee
L:  Tuna; Boiled Eggs; Onion; Mayo
S:  Protein/Fiber Shake (Nectar; Special K Fiber)
D:  Ummm yeah dunno!!

Water:  Goal 12+ cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Really SHOULD!!!

Girl, I was actually going thru Ms. Shell withdrawals (no lie!) that I purposely didn't start this post in hopes I would see you & here you are!!!  Hope you are doing well my sexy sassy friend!!!

B: none (running around literally like a chicken w/out a head, not fun!)
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee
L: 1 Carnitas taco (minus tortilla) & a few chips
S: 2 Low Carb Lemon Glaze Cookies
D: ?, probably something HIGH protein

Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: just 1 more calcium now
Exercise: walking my lazy a$$ to Starbucks & hopefully walk a real walk later, geesh...

S: 1  mini babel light
L:  PB2 & Chocolate protein shake
S:  1/2 turkey chorizo burger (no bread)
D: not sure....yet. Other half of turkey chorizo burger?

Water:  1 liter so far trying for 2
Vitamins:  done and done!
Exercise:  60 minute walk

 Hi all! So glad tomorrow is Friday. This has been a week, fo' sho'. 

B: Protein coffee
S: None
L: Cobb salad
S: Protein drink
D: Either stir-fry with chix, zucchini and onions or Italian night. Haven't decided. 

Been jonesing for something pumpkiny, so might experiment with some protein muffins or something soon.

Water: on track
Meds/Vits: done
Exercise: decent walk. Will try to run again tomorrow if I can get rid of the rest of this cold.

Vit: Done!
Exercise: the gym is closed today for renavations, so I'll take the day off!

L: out w/ a friend so I'm guessing 2.5oz of grilled chicken w/ american cheese and a few fork fulls of sauteed onions and peppers
S: 1/2 quest bar
D: left over flatout pizza from yesterday
S: mah jongg night so veggies and whatever dip they have and a few strawberries

water: almost at goal so I will def go over today
vits: calcium left
exercise: Biggest Loser dvd
