1. 64 oz water as in H2O every day in addition to other shakes soups and teas. I found today to be teetering on the edge of dehydration even though I felt good. I can't count all the liquids. I need to ge****er in and everything else will be a bonus.

2. Count protein more exactly and diligently

3. Get my butt back to the gym or pool or both

Take it easy with the gym -most people arent' cleared for at least 6 weeks for anything more than light walking.

Sip, sip, sip, and sip some more. And use an app or something to keep track of protein - it's great to see the numbers.

I am cleared for the eliptical and treadmill. I am not going to go to the hardest programme choice but I figure light walking is what it will amount to. Also doc said I should swim a couple of laps. For me the challenge is more just actually physically going to the gym...even if I don't do anything there but take a shower! Just going in, being there and making it a part of my day is the biggest challenge. I usually love it once I am there but getting up off the couch and going to the car and driving to the gym....well that's effort....wierd but true.

Today has been the best I have felt since the vertigo came on, thank you. So have you given it much thought as to what we all are going to do the night before the race? Because you know we all have to get together for great company.

1. Go back to work on Wednesday with a possitive attitude. I know I'm going back to some problems for me to fix, but back to work I must go.

2. Enjoy that fancy hotel we are staying at for the rock & roll 1/2 marathon. DH is running the race, so is our OP Alison and Ms Shell. I'm the cheering section, anyone else want to join me?

3. Hit my liquid & protien goals once I get back to work. It might be a bit more challenging when I'm not at home.
