Weekly Challenge - what's your goal
Ive hit an all time low on the scale for me, im a week away from joining Ms Shell and Mike in accomplishing a huge non-scale related goal, and a couple weeks from plastic surgery.
My goal for the week - stay sane. Not sure at all what that means, or how I will do it, but I guess I have some things to think about today. For starters though
1. I am going home after work to prepare my food - i normally do it Sundays, but yesterday, I was way too exhausted.
2. One run this week. Not asking too much of myself.
3. 120g protein min/day. This is relatively easy, but I'm going to start increasing as I get closer to surgery.

Microsoft Corp. is debuting its Windows 8 operating system this week and wants to make sure you know about it. It also wants to make sure you get to know somebody named Allison.
CHALLENGE THIS WEEK: Eat super clean and hit the exercise HARD.
While out of the country for 3 weeks I did great the first week while I was alone. Joining my wife in France I got sucked into having a bite of croissant here, just a taste of a dessert there. Constant driving and staying in hotels without gyms made harder exercise difficult. No excuses - I was ready for a break too. I did lose 8 lbs in three weeks, but last week was my first goose-egg ever. Yuck.
So, after a break, I'm motivated to hit it hard this week, keep my protein up, carbs down and burn more calories than I take in each day.
SPECIFIC, Measurable Goals:
Calories Less than 700 /day
Protein more than 80g/day
Water more than 96 oz/day
Carbs less than 40g /day
Exercise more than 800c/day creating a net deficit.
I did this 3 weeks ago and lost 6 lbs.

The Wall Street Journal reports on the Redmond, Wash.-based software company's unusually aggressive rollout strategy for Windows 8, whi*****ludes pre-loading all the PCs sold at Best Buy Co. Inc. with e-mails, family photos and contacts of "Allison Brown," a character cooked up by Microsoft to make the computers seem more personal. (In Latin America, she's "Alicia.")
Best Buy also boosted the amount of floor space given to computing devices for the rollout and has invested 50,000 hours of Windows 8 training for its Geek Squad agents. The extra training may be needed, because as The New York Times notes,Windows 8 is pretty different; many of the old keystones, like the "Start" button, are gone.

OK . . . I guess I will think about this . . .
I'd like to resume my 30 Day Shred... I did great for about 8 days then stopped when I got sick. Just when I started to get used to the workout, I am probably out of shape again & have to get sore doing her squats all over again.
I cannot look past any goals beyond that at the moment. Of course get in 10 cups of water in a day... stick to low carb ... same o' same ol'
What I really need is ...
