Has anyone been 6 months and had a stall, is this normal?? I've seem to stay at the same weight for a few weeks and I'm not liking it.  I don't know weather its a stall or my body's getting use to what I'm eating?? Any insights?? I'm down 113 lbs it will be 6 months 2maro!

Thanks

The time frame for the surgery to work its best (according to my surgeon) was from 6 months to 1 year before the loss would slow down or maybe even stop ... mine was more like 6 months unfortunately.  For a few months now my weight loss has just been crawling.  Really really slowed down a lot.  Stall?  Maybe ... but for me ... its become the norm .. not a stall.   At some point in time you just are not going to lose as fast as your used to.

hey there, im just 2 days shy of six months, i lost weight in patterns (losing for two weeks ,stalled for 2 weeks) and i was happy until month 4.5 ... things slowwed way down and month 5 NOTHING , so i went keto the last 2 weeks and BAM the scale was moving (10 pounds loss)

I also didn't really lose any weight in month 6.  But in month 7 which I just finished now I lost about 5 pounds.  Slow but at least moving in the right direction.  Everytime the scale stops moving now I wonder is it a stall or is it maintenance.  I think there is a fine line between the two.  What helped me get the scale moving again is to tighten the reins a bit and decrease the calories and up the protein.
