I'm no Pro that's for sure. I fight a little head hunger... I'm working out about 3 times a week. I started a Run Walk program on my phone. My personal goal is to run a 5K but I'm not so sure I will get to do that. I had x-rays done on both knees today as they have been hurting me these past few weeks as Ive been running. Maybe I'm trying to do to much to fast. As for eating I log everything using Lost-it.com If I cant find something on there I go to MFP.com but for the most part stick to LI. I usually do an egg and couple slices of bacon/cheese or Plain Greek Yog and Fresh Berries for Breakfast. (less carbs that way) Breakfast this morning thou was 2oz of Tuna fish w/ light mayo, 5 RF Ritz Crackers and 1oz of Cheese. Lunch is usually some type of protein i.e. chicken, pork, beef, or Wendy's Chili my fav. (but I only eat 1/4-1/2 as a serving. Lunch today was 2oz of Lunch Meat. Dinner varies tonight I had a lean hamburger w grilled onions and green beans. Last night was lean Sweet ILT Turkey Sag. (shady brooks) with spices and a few bites of a salad. When I snack and I know I shouldn't be that's why I said I'm no pro Its usually CHEESE I could live off that stuff.. White Cheddar rice cakes that's about the extent of my bread carbs.. I don't do bread or sugar I use splenda that's what works for me. Good Luck angain Thanks Everyone!!
