Hi.. I am on the full liquids right now.. I can still have all the liquids I did on the clear liquid diet plus Milk, cream soups (strained)  Light Yogurt,Protein Shakes, SF Pudding, and Cream of Wheat.. I have also found that my Walmart carries the molds for you to make your own popcicles.. I just bought them about 10 days ago.. They are more geared towards kids but I didn't care.. they came in a set of 3 for $3 they are in a shape of a crayon and the maker of them is Crayola.. They were hanging on one of those long floating racks in the Juice Aisle.. Another thing is you might be able to order them online from somewhere.. just a thought.. Good Luck !!!

One more thing.. On the Cream of Wheat I can only eat 2oz of it.. It is very filling and get the orignal kind.. I bought the box with the packets in it.. Just remember 2oz goes along ways.. for me anyways.. I am only 8 days out..I also put just a tablespoon of milk in it to make it thinner, since it seems to be a little thicker after you cook it.. The Variety Pack has other flavors but the sugar is alot higher in those flavors... your best bet would be the Original Kind.. If you absoulutly can't find the molds then I would be willing to get you a pack or two and ship them to you if my walmart still  has them.. I am sure they still have them ..just send me a message and let me know.. Mel

I was told any clear liquid that was less that 10 cal. Diet snapple, crystal ligh****er ect. I personally enjoyed crystal light peach tea :) My husband made me a lot of chicken/veg broth with no salt added, that helped a lot too because i've never been a big sweets person!

SF gum I found a chocolate mint gum that taste like girls scouts thin mint cookies. I would drink or eat jello then chew a piece seemed to help mentally

Unjury chicken soup protein broth is a lifesaver when you want something savory and helps you get fluids AND protein in one shot. I also relied heavily on Premier Protein shakes from Costco.
