Going back to basics
Just read Mario's blog on how inspiration found him and found inspiration from him. I have gotten very lazy with my food and need to get back on track. I got too comfortable with not being able to eat much so I would not make the best choices and have not logged my food in several days. Starting NOW I will up my water and protein and keep the crap out of my mouth and stop the snacking! With my snacking the last couple of days I have found that sugar is not my friend and makes me very sick to my stomach when I eat it. That is a very good thing!!

Me too, past two days I've FINALLY gone back to protein shakes, which actually help with the snacking.
