HW 420/ SW 335 /CW 200 85 lbs lost pre-op / 135 post op

Bad food day yesterday, but today is a new day!
B: fage greek yogurt with sugar free jam and 1/4c. all bran
S: 1/2 apple with 1/2 oz. cheese
L: homemade chicken chili
S: quest bar
D: probably a protein shake to up the liquids and the protein
S: probably 100 calorie pack of nuts
V: always on track
E: basically sucking at this, knee replacement next month
W: I will get to 10 cups today!!

yay, 3 weeks post op today! i'm off "protien shakes only" and can contribute! :)
B- 3 tiny crustless quiches (0.5oz ea) with mushrooms/turkey/pepper/onion/garlic/basil/oregano
L- 2 oz chicken breast
S- low fat/low sodium string cheese
D- ? probably egg white w/ turkey chili omlet
S-protien shake or cottage cheese- if needed
**everything i eat is cut super small or pureed/food processed to be shredded small**
water- 25 oz down 40 to go!
vits- fiber/multi/calcium (check check check!)
exercise- hopefully starting the gym tonight, 12 hrs a work wipe me out a little though!

S: GY w/ pumpkin, spices, butterscotch pudding and unflavored protein mixed in
L: 2 slices hard salami and 1 slice provolone
S: mini sweet peppers dipped in lite dressing
D: left over grilled shrimp
