Hmmm wonder what I normally have to eat today...oh WAIT...it's POPEYES Tuesday lol!!!  I crack myself up!!  My goal M-T, keep my calories under 1200, my protein at 100 let's go!!

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Flax; Spinach; Kale; Cinnamon; Ice)
S:  Coffee; Lindora Protein Chicken Noodle Soup
L:  1 Cup Green Chicken Soup; Salad
S:  Protein Shake (Roadside Lemonade; Special K Fiber)
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
S:  Salad w/boiled egg OR cottage cheese

Water:  Minimum 12 cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Either N/A or 30 min walk

Exercise - 1 hour with trainer on TRX!!!!

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage patty

S: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese mixed with sugar free grape jam

L: 6 triscuits, 1 slice 2% swiss, 6 slices oscar meyer turkey--- then about 30 minutes later had about 1/4 cup cantelope

S: probably nothing-- ate lunch kind of late

D: italian meatloaf (new recipe!!!)

Happy Popeye's Day Ms. Shell!  Gawd, fried chicken sounds sooo good right about now.  I guess I have been bad this morning since I haven't eaten breakfast yet.  I'm craving bad food but too lazy to make anything... I suck balls.

B: nothing ... yet
(OK, it's 10:15am I I just ate 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1 serving turkey pepperoni crisps & 1 thin 40 cal. deli swiss cheese slice)
L: Pomogrante chicken salad w/cabbage
S: ?
D: ?

Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: none yet ... dang, I will update later ...
(I just took my adult multi chewable... see, I'm getting there!)

Oh gurl, it's just those Hormel turkey pepperoni slices in the deli section.
I lay a full serving of 17 slices on a paper towel and nuke in the microwave for 45 seconds.  After they cool for a minute or so, they get crispy and taste like the next best thing to bacon... well, kinda sorta... but yummy none the less!!!!

L: Low sodium ham with cheddar cheese
S: Green bell pepper and hummus
D: grilled cheese and tomato soup

W: 9 glasses
Vitamins already done
Exercise: i will try some stairs at lunch and a 3 mile walk video at home

Today is an icky day, windy, rainy. Recovering from a break up and dealing with my sons school issues is starting to weigh on me. But i am determined and focused to make good decisions today. Sipping on my water is helping me alot.

Ughhh I woke up even sicker this morning...i wish my body would stop fighting me and just get it over with!

The good news, I can't taste anything, so nothing sounds appealing. The carb monster is even gone ;)

BK: stuffed chicken breast, Dayquil

S: cough drops

L: work lunch at a sushi place....so I'll either eat the rest of my chicken breast or have a shake.

S: greek yogurt, deli meat/cheese (if I feel like eating), more DayQuil

D: for sure having thai curry chicken and a sandwich thin...i hope I can taste it!! If not, the spices will be good for my cold!

S: NyQuil

I am hoping for a short walk just to do something...no wait, I will take a short walk. I WILL.
