B: taco salad
L: crockpot cauliflower chicken
D: steamed chicken breast with steamed broccoli and .5T wasabi marinade

water: on it, 15 cups so far
vitamins: on track
exercise: I made it to the gym today woot woot!! :) Cardio and weights :)

Happy Wednesday -- storms abrewing this afternoon -- should be some thunderboomers in the next hour!

B:  Premier Protein shake -- chocolate

L:  Chicken cacciatore -- 6 oz total (includes the sauce/gravy), 1/3 cup mozzarella shreds and
     one Garlic Herb Laughing Cow cheese wedge

D:  Either chicken noodle soup or Krakus ham and swiss cheese

S:  only if I need one -- would be a Frigo Cheesehead Swirl stick (mozz and cheddar como)

Fluids:  5 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  110 minutes of recumbent biking, weight machines, and free weights, and a short 
                   walk

B: left over protein oatmeal...the leftovers still have leftovers

L: unjury chicken soup
S: sipping on a G2 lite (5 carbs)
D: baby food....chicken and veg puree thinned out to runny soup ...leftovers from yesterday...amazing how far 100 mls will go!!!

Hello Everyone!!!


WOW looking at everyone's meals is great!! Question how far out is everyone. I am 34 days out and eating a little of what's normal food again.

Yesterdays MEAL
B:EAS Chocolate Fudge Myoplex Lite Protien Shake 11oz
L: 1/4 cup broiled Tilapia and 5 Unsalted Top Saltine crakers
S: 6 Tostitos Hint of Lime chips (gives my mouth flavor, my mouth is often bland and dry)
D: 1/4 Lobster Bisk soup (that was gross at Gordon Biersch)
    the meat inside of pot stickers Shrimp and minced chicken(Gordon Biersch)
    6-10 garlic french fries (Gordon Biersch)

H20 intake was about 24-30oz.

Not one of my better days.
