I can't shake this bug. Feel like C-R-A-P!!! Spent yesterday vomiting and went home from work early. We had a couple big things going on at work today so I dragged my sorry butt in here, but I'm taking tomorrow off! To top things off I got a call from the school this morning. They sent my oldest daughter home because she got sick in class. Oye Vay!
B: Water (just trying to stay hydrated)
L: Starkist Tuna Creations, Zesty Lemon Pepper (have been working on that the last couple hours)
S: Shake
D: Soup?
S: Maybe a little peanut butter and warm milk before bed
Liquids: Drinking as much as I can tolerate. Very conscious of staying hydrated.
Vitamins: Will take later.
Exercise: None. Working 14 hours today.

S: 1oz Perky Jerky (turkey), about 10 salted, roasted peanuts
L: 1.5oz Boar's Head roast beef and 0.3oz horseradish cheddar cheese
S: same as lunch
D: ??? maybe a poached egg or something. I suck for not cooking more lately.
S: sugar-free popsickle (1-2)
S: 1oz Perky Jerky (turkey), about 10 salted, roasted peanuts

L: 2 oz chicken breast w/ taco sauce (low sod) & sweet pepper
S: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
D: 2oz turkey taco on lettuce
VITS: calcium/fiber/multi- check x3!
XRCISE: still not having a whole lot of energy 3 weeks out, by the time i get home i just want bed :\ this gets better right??
WATER: only 20oz in, i should be able to get to 64 though.

Hey peeps, happy Wednesday!
B: Shrimp
L: Wendy's chili and their small skinny vanilla iced coffee (60 calories and 7 carbs coffee lovers!!)
S: Iced coffee with a scoop of protein
D: Some more shrimp (cajun style) and some sauteed zucchini
S: I think some unjury chicken soup
Vites: On track
Water: SO not on track! Only 2 cups so far!
Exercise: Going to do "Walk it out" on the Wii later

S: praying for a Starbucks Iced Coffee (Geezuz, if anything I deserve this little piece of happiness!)
D: Yogurt w/mixed berries I hope!!!

Vits: taking my multi now... turns out I need a prescription for iron since my doc just told me I'm anemic :(
Exercise: Not even motivated. I need a pep talk w/Alison to whoop me in shape!
