D:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Flax; Ice)


Water:  Goal 16 cups 
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Minimum 60 minutes on treadmill

S: 1/2 stuffed chicken breast 

D:  not sure but probably more Thai chicken and sandwich thin

S: protein shake

Probably no exercise today. Maybe yoga.

exercise: if it stops raining I'm going on a run with my nutritionist and if not then I'll be hitting the bags!
