One of my goals was to be under 250, because I have not been under 250 in 7 years, so this morning after walking Stone Mountain (5 MILES) last night after work.. BAM!! this morning 249.4!!! This feels so good you think I had made it to onederland... well for now it is my WONDERLAND!!!!!..You have to set goals to reach them!! Everyone keep pushing yourselves to be the best you can be

That's awesome! One of my goals is very similar to yours, just a diferent number- to get down to my lowest adult weight. For me, THAT was the most important goal. Hitting that was a major burst of "Hey, I CAN do this!". I hope it did the same for you. You're doing such a great job!!!
My first three goals are all very close together, and I'm having fun celebrating! I started this journey at 254.4. My first goal was to get down to the lowest weight I remember being as an adult, which was 207. Just 3 pounds later I hit 50 pounds lost, and now I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of onderland.

Marley M... you got this! My 3 month doc appt is the 23rd which is also my birthday, doc said should be at 50 so glad I made it, hoping my labwork is okay, I am giving myself the B12 shot monthly, they work better than the pill for me. The 5 miles is not as easy after work as it is on Sat mornings, I had to take an epson salt bath and take 2 tylenol to make sure I could get up this morning...LOL
