 I will work out 4 day this week and log my food EVERYDAY. I also need to get my Protein up! 

What surgery are you having, I guess i missed something......

Trying to make my goals attainable.....Maybe the daily approach is good, thanks Ms. Shell

1. Drink all my liquids
2. Move-Just get off my A$$ and move
3. Don't stress about things I can't change

-survive Week 4 of the C25K!! Today was my first day of week 4 and it is kicking my butt!! I literally thought I was going to throw up at the end. This is good though, right?!! Just 4 more days, just 4 more days!
-I want to really focus this week on eating right. No bad carbs!! It's time to lose another 8-10 lbs!
-Vitamins! I am so awful about forgetting my vitamins. This is probably effecting my weight loss too! And I am already low in Vitamin D and Vitamin B1.
-I want to try and do my running as early in the day as possible to maximize my metabolism.
-Get a home pedicure in. My feet really need it, and so does my stress level!
-Get outside and play with my 2 year old more. He needs me to set an example for him to stay active outside.

Last Tuesday I came down with vertigo and have not been able to run since. I hope I can get over this this week so I can get back on track to run my 1/2 marathon on the 28th. THIS SUCKS!!!!
I went to see my PCP and he said it would go away in time. TIME, WHO HAS TIME? I went to a chiropractor today and it seemed to get a little better but I still can't run.
I told my friend who I run with, I can walk fine when I go shopping as long as I push a shopping cart. He response back was "You just might be running with a Target sopping cart. So, if you see someone running with a shopping cart, its not a homeless person, its me. I'M RUNNING THAT RACE DARN IT!. I also have another 1/2 in December.

Well, since this is my last week off work, I need to rest as much as I can. My energy level is still pretty crappy, so I need to rest when I can.

Work on getting more protein from real food.

Try on the work appropriate clothes in the closet to figure out what I can wear to work when I go back.

Make a hotel reservation for the night of the big party. It will be way to late to drive home.
